Customers can find you and send you a message. Messages go straight to your email.
Not included: online shops, logins, or anything that stores your customers’ details. If you need bookings or payments, I’ll connect a trusted service you already know rather than build one from scratch.

I build a draft
You get a private link to a working draft of your site. It costs you nothing and you’re under no obligation.

You ask for changes by email
Reply with anything you’d like different: wording, photos, colours, the order of things. I make the changes and send you a fresh link.

Pay the deposit, go live, pay the rest
When you’re happy, you pay a 50% deposit and your site goes live within a week. You pay the other 50% once it’s up and working.

Plus your domain name, about A$20–25 a year, paid to the registrar by you. I’ll send you simple steps to set it up.

Do I have to talk on the phone?
No. Everything happens by email, so you can reply when you have a minute, and we both have a written record of what was agreed. Nothing gets lost or misremembered.
What if I don’t like the draft?
Then you pay nothing. Tell me what’s not working and I’ll have another go, or we leave it there. No hard feelings.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and paid to the registrar by you. If you ever leave the care plan, I send you all your site files.
Can it take bookings or payments?
Yes. Rather than build a booking or payment system from scratch, I connect a trusted service that already does it well. You sign up to it yourself, so your customers’ details stay with a provider built to keep them safe.
What’s in the care plan?
For A$49 a month I host your site, keep the contact form working, and make small edits when you email me: new prices, changed hours, a fresh photo, a line of text. Cancel any time with an email. You keep your domain and get your site files.

Front Gate Websites is a new, small business based in Townsville, QLD, and it’s just me. I won’t pretend to be a big agency with a long client list. There isn’t one yet.
